Tree Day!!

Last night's local forecast was full of warnings about snow and ice, but apart from one brief snow shower, we've had a day of blue skies and sunshine. But, with those northerly arctic winds blowing, oh so bitterly cold!

Against all traditions, when I went to choose a Christmas tree this afternoon, I bought the very first one I looked at! After being netted up, the tree was put in the back of a van and I'm now sat here waiting for it to be delivered. Once it's arrived, I plan to light the fire, put a Christmas film on the tele, then sit down with a Mince Pie and start the pressie wrapping...
