A view not to be missed .....

..... the wonderful building of York Minster against a cloudless blue sky.

L and I made it (only just) to the top of the tower. I'm not very good a climbing up narrow spiral steps but it was worth it for the view. On a clear day you can almost see forever.

It was very cold but crisp and clear is just how I like it. Good to be home after a fab couple of days of indulgences!
