Hydrangea.... In the Pinks...

As I write, Hannah and Alex are winging their way on the last leg of their journey from snowy England to temperatures of over 30C here in Marlborough. They arrive near lunchtime tomorrow.
This glorious Hydrangea is growing in a large pot at our door. I blipped it recently when it was only just developing its full colours. It was a lighter pure pink last year and has now developed some subtle shades of lilac/mauve. I love the detail in each tiny floret.
