Another Out Of The Office Window Blip

It's tricky timing a Blip at the moment.  In early to work and it's dark, leave in thelate afternoon and it's that murky light where nothing is ever clear enough to see properly.  And this was really the only decent light we had all day.

An odd day - I noticed I was feeling almost annoyed with people today.  It doesn't happen very often, so it intrigues me when it does. 

I'm putting it down to dealing with IBM.

We've discovered a couple of problems.  And as such have duly logged them with IBM.  This means using IBM's problem logging service, which is, to use the technical term, a piece of shit.

Be grateful that you don't have to use it.

And be even more grateful that you don't get horrible-to-read E-Mails back from IBM asking you for "tersed" files, as if you've been tersing files since you were in nappies.

I did find out what it was eventually, but it's so monumentally dull the explanation would rob you of the will to live. Trust me, I'm the undead Auslaender.
