Outdoor shoes

We've had the first heavy snow of the season and it's suddenly the Canadian winter I was expecting. Things slow down in the snow - not just walking more carefully but also the process of changing into and out of outdoor clothes and outdoor shoes (thus the picture of the wet and salty outdoor shoes of today's 11.30 class at the gym).

I'm in the middle of exam revision, which is something I didn't ever expect to write, 20 odd years on from my previous (and what I thought would be my last) university exam. Sitting and passing exams is a very particular skill - I hope it is not one I have forgotten .  . .
