Low Tide at Alcochete

Our youngest daughter is now safely in bed, here with us in Mourão, and I am very happy and very grateful. Unfortunately, all the photos I took of her were rubbish - too concentrating on being with her... but loved this one of the shining mud.

Her flight from Manchester was delayed by an hour; we were all pretty hungry, so went straight across the Vasco da Gama bridge to Alcochete, but all the restaurants had closed. Oh no!

Thankfully, found a bar that did us a great meal of petiscos. And then, waffles and crepes for dessert at Évora's new shopping centre.
