Defiant

I'm pretty rabidly anti-smoking, and this scene irks me. As the weather gets colder and wetter, I'm sure it will only grow worse.

This is my first attempt of transferring a photo off my BlackBerry and editing it on my computer; the reason being that I'm not brave enough to get in the face of these "offenders" and needed to do some cropping.
