V&A

Mum and I spent most of the day at the V&A today - perfect for another wet and wintry day.  We got there around lunchtime, and headed straight to the café for a delicious lunch of baked sweet potato with a corn and avocado salsa.  We then had a good look round the gift shop and a walk around the fashion section - and then headed up to this much more beautiful bit of the café for a much needed cup of tea/hot chocolate.  After that, we went all around the modern homewares/furniture collection, and just finished as they announced that they were closing the gallery.

Drove back to the hotel, and I went out to collect a takeaway from Wagamama just over the road - after a quick run over to Boots at London Bridge.  Then another evening of TV and port :)
