A butterfly stuck on Grandma's window. She has a few and the sun shines through them.
We arrived this morning at 9.30am. She's peaceful, and comfortable but will every so often moan. The carers had been in, changed her nightie, brushed her hair and sprayed her with perfume.
It's now 8pm and we are still here. Grandma is still the same.
