Waiting . . . . .for the birth of Our Lord.

A quieter day... children and grandchildren went to Chester Zoo bar our eldest grandson who is coughing badly.

Sunday mass this morning, the children coloured in angels and crib characters which were later hung on the tree! When we went to the vigil mass this evening they looked great. Of course when I took this photo the baby Jesus had not yet been born. We were all waiting! I didn’t go to the crib after Mass as we were hurrying home to sort out the meal!

Em had arrived but parents and poor grandson were at the A&E. It was touch and go, but after chest X-rays, his oxygen levels are too low. They sent him home with a much stronger antibiotic than the course of amoxicillin he had just finished.

Now Ro and I are babysitting LM and Grandbaby! At least all the veg are prepared etc. Lunch will be very late, so time to sort the rest tomorrow!

A very happy Christmas to everyone who sees this! Xxxxxxx ( hope Father Christmas is generous with each of you! And that peace reigns)
