Fergus and I at Carskey Bay

5.3C with long sunny spells. Cool and clear. Light WNW/NW breeze.

Mid morning we went the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. There quite a few seals on the rocks at Kiel, with more in the water offshore.

At Carskey we walked along to the far end and came back again along the path at the back of the beach with the last little bit back on the beach itself. Fergus did some running about. I decided to ask Apothecary7 to take a picture of Fergus with me. Many pictures later, when we weren't ready or I was looking down at Fergus or Fergus was looking up or down or round the other way, I think this one is fine. We will do another one another time. We all enjoyed being out in the clear air and glorious sunny light after the last few grey and rainy days.

Back at home we had lunch and watched the movie Chariots of Fire on telly.

Later Aporthecary7 was painting and Fergus was sleeping.
