Rose in the Snow

Woke up to a white world today - fortunately not too much.  KG had to go to the dentist this morning to get  his mouth guard.  fortunately the roads weren't too bad.  When we got back we pottered and I went out into the garden to top up the feeders and get my blip. The roses that had wilted I had thrown on top of the garden and was rather taken with this one surrounded by snow and ice.  The extra is a view of the back garden.
It was a nice sunny morning and a lot of the snow has melted.
