Christingle.

It's Christmas Eve! We decided to get out for some fresh air and so went for a walk around Southwick Country Park. It was cold and very muddy but we spent an hour splashing in puddles and tiring the boys out before returning home.

I always make a Christmas eve box for the boys containing new pyjamas each, a Christmassy bubble bath, a Christmas cookie and DVD and some reindeer food to sprinkle on the lawn. The boys opened the box and watched a DVD before Henry went for his nap and Theo and I went to the Christingle church service. Once home we had the usual Christmas eve routine of sprinkling reindeer food on the lawn, leaving a carrot, mincepie and drink out for Father Christmas and the reindeer before having their bath (with special bubblebath) and putting on their new pyjamas. They both fell asleep quickly...lets hope they stay that way until the morning!
