Cold Weather Cat

Well, that's a bit misleading.  I only call her my cold weather cat because when it's cold and I don't go out, she's my go-to blip.  She doesn't like cold weather any more than I do but she wanted out this morning so I obliged and escorted her to our little grass patch out front where she poked around and chewed some grass.  A very light snow/rain combination sent her back inside to her fleece throw where she promptly gave herself a pedicure.    Speaking of colds, mine has subsided dramatically and I'm feeling much better but it seems practically everybody I know is sick now.  I got a call from my grandson this afternoon and I barely recognized his voice because he sounded so bad.   He and his wife both were sick over Christmas.  It seems to be cold season for a lot of people so I hope the new year finds everyone well again.
