The Tree at Night

The motor in our ‘Laser Light Display’ (or ‘Lazy Christmas Lighting Display’ as you might call it) packed up today (Thursday), so our lights are now static.  I took the opportunity to take this photo.
 
As we walked up the close to our friends abode for Xmas / new-year drinks and nibbles this evening we looked back at our estate and thought that the display actually looked better static, so problem for future years solved . . .
 
 
Broadband STILL down, but expecting a call from BT Customer Service (sorry customer service) today (Friday) sometime, for what good that will do.


ps: I've added a very grainy and rough shot of the moon taken through the branches of the tree.  It was to cold and damp to struggle to get a good shot.  I do intend to use up my extras this year, one way or another.
