Mono Monday – START

Miserable weather today to start the new year – let’s hope it hasn’t started as it means to go on! 
Anyway, my contribution to Mono Monday (start) is from our kitchen. On the windowsill is an Orchid, now in its fifth year and a new stem started to shoot before Christmas. Now it has buds that herald a START to a new flowering season.
