Fizz time

To be honest, it doesn’t need to be New Year to celebrate with a bottle of fizz. Anytime will do for me.
Which is just as well seeing that I have quite a few bottles of this stashed away.
Trouble is that it is so satisfyingly drinkable that I know it will disappear quickly and probably won’t last to Birthday time come Springtime.
