Aayyyyy!

Trip out into Birminham today to celebrate this fine gentleman's 30th birthday.
Quite a hectic afternoon/evening in the end. We started by checking out the Rolf Harris exhibition at a new art gallery near Snow Hill station.

Then it was on to the pub before heading out for birthday boy's choice of dining, steakhouse! Well that was the intention but as they apparently couldn't cater for a big group someone decided to go to a glorified kebab shop Brazilian barbeque where they bring meat round to your table on massive skewers and shave some off for a small fee, well £25.

Not really my ideal and definitely not much good for Laura. So a few of us went off for a very nice feed in Café Rouge instead.
Then it was back to the pub for more drinks and to be welcomed like this.
