I See

Thursday was a lazy day at home.  I took a bit of a turn for the worse, and spent the day feeling like I had stuffed cotton into my head......through my nose and ears.  ACK.......I felt down right horrible for the majority of the day.  I did want my Sugar Bear to have some special time with a friend though, so in the evening, I powered up....and headed to a nearby town to meet up with a friend for a one on one skating meetup.  They had fun skating, and chatting, and us mom's commiserated over our Holiday sicknesses.....

After skating, the girls had ice cream.  I love ice cream...and have given myself a pass to eat sugar lately....but I didn't even have any.  THAT is how sick I am.  I passed up ice cream.
