Had a lovely walk on the beach this morning with Misty.  She found one or two dogs to play with.  Spotted a poor bird caught up in some wire or something protruding from a metal pole in the golf course.  Phoned the golf course office when I got back to my sisters, hope they managed to release it.  

Had a lovely lunch with my sister and niece in Frinton garden centre, which was my mum's favourite place, followed by a walk on the beach, but boy was it windy!
