First trip out since I hurt my wrist nearly a week ago.  Swelling and bruising starting to go down and not as painful as it was.  Still need to wear the splint though.  Misty was giddy with excitement when we got to the car park for our walk at Crummock.  It was good to be there and was very quiet.  Another in extras, so good to have the quota back.

No news on the missing farmer.  Volunteers from Cockermouth mountain rescue were arriving in the village as I was leaving this morning.
