Black tea

I’ve started drinking my tea black - maybe it will be coffee next.
A busy day. Had a visit to the Physio ( sore knees / tight Achilles & hamstrings ) then a visit to the barber. Managed my first 4K run of the year then took down the Xmas decorations. Just time for some email before preparing dinner for the chief on her return from work. Then a cup of (black) tea.
