Into the sun

I went to get a new tyre on my car this morning and the sun was coming up over the lough, so I stopped and, against all wisdom, pointed my camera straight into the  light.  It was bitterly cold despite the sun.  N and I worked outside for a while clearing up winter leaves and mortaring in some pavers.  I bought a new Kindle.  I like paper books, but sometimes an e-reader is very handy, besides which I get to plunder the huge number of books that N has in her Kindle library.
