One chef and his dog

After breakfast with J (A not feeling very well) they set off back to Yorkshire and I started unpacking, clearing the kitchen cupboard out, taking down the decorations and generally sorting myself out belatedly for the new year.
I downloaded another novel to listen to whilst I worked-this time a murrrder-Val McDermid’s ‘Insidious Intent’. Took a while to get into it but enjoying the hunt for the clever murderer....will last most of tomorrow too!
Spoke to T on FaceTime-he was making sausages for the first time (with Heston attentively ‘helping’) and was very pleased with the results
