Daffs Snaps

Pink . . . .

. . . . on a cold and frosty morning!

Here's one the first of 150 riders setting off at 08.30 this morning across the frosty grass towards the woods - some completed the course twice notching up 80klm.! The weather couldn't have been better and there were surprisingly few incidents considering the amount of surface water on the course - just one rider unseated as she went through a gate causing a grazed knee, so I'll add myself to the casualty list after sharing a cake with a wasp who decided to sting my tongue - ouch!
Last riders came in at 4.45pm so helped RAYNET pack up the radio equipment before heading for home. A long tiring day, so will catch up with comments tomorrow.
