Pedal power

Always thought that a static exercise cycle would take up too much space in the flat. Now there is extra need to get plenty of exercide for health reasons I took another look and found one on Amazon that folds up and really doesn't take much space. Very pleased with it.

Also planning to get a more upright 'dutch' type bicycle to replace my mountain bike. I don't see myself rushing helter-skelter down hillsides in future, but there are plenty of great cycle paths in and around Gijón and I want to use those more. I'd prefer a more upright and leisurely posture to the more hunched forward posture required on the mountain bike.
