The Frozen Birdbath

-5C when I took this, just after 8 am. Interesting how the central section of ice has been forced upwards. This has happened in the other birdbath too.

Below zero all day. I stayed inside most of the time keeping warm, and nursing a very painful knee. Injured it at the weekend when running. No idea what happened. I seem to go from one injury to another at the moment. Very frustrating.
