Cutting buds

This blip wasn't at all what was intended. The flowering current bush is showing signs of an early flower, however the macro didn't really pick the buds in focus so I took a couple of pictures with and without flash. Although the late afternoon light is fading, I didn't really expect the stark co trash to be so evident. In the end the noir filter gives a shape to the new buds which I like, so it appears to have been taken at the dead of night !
