Natural Bath Bomb

I attended an absolutely fascinating talk today on the subject of "Toxic Cosmetics". Wow! It was so interesting, and the audience sat there  totally engrossed for the whole of the presentation.
I have seen this same lady make a presentation before, but that was about owls and other raptors, which is her other passion. She has a PhD in Environmental Geochemistry & Ecotoxicology, but can also put across her subject extremely well, which a lot of people can't do.
At the end we could make a "Natural Bath Bomb". This is mine, and it contains bran, oats, lavender flowers, and a couple of drops of lavender oil.
My new lens arrived today as a replacement for the one that was broken on Christmas Eve, so this is my very first practice with it.  The fabric is muslin, so you can tell how close up this is.
Our son advised us today via WhatsApp to have some "proper" chicken soup, as C has a dreadful cold and I'm aching all over too, so I bought a nice free range chicken and some vegetables and have made a great vatful of the stuff. It's delicious, and is a traditional Chinese treatment for colds and flu, so fingers crossed, as we shall be off on our travels soon.
Just realised that today's Tiny Tuesday Challenge has the theme "Plant Kingdom", but that's ok as everything in the bath bomb is from the plant kingdom!
