Heading into Town

I dropped Marlane and F.M.i.L. off for an appointment and took Jonty for a short walk heading into town, Gloucester.
I've got a better photo of the approach into town, further down from the main blip, and I've added this as an extra. It shows the railway bridge, St Peters Church, the bottom of London Road where I was taking the photo from and beyond the bridge is Northgate Street, one of the four 'Gate' streets which mark where the gates of the roman city of Glevum stood.

In the main blip photo there is a lovely building on the left, now an estate agency. In the early 1970's it was 'Nettleton's Motorcycles', the shop where I bought my very first motorbike in 1974, a Honda CB175, also an extra.
