Aquafit homework-studying on the train....

I was to teach most/all of tonights class as part of my mentorship however my mentor called in sick! Oh oh... They have enough confidence in me to let me do it on my own. I submitted my lesson plan, crossed my fingers, studied my music with visualization and prayed for the best. I will blip the oitcome/results tomorrow. Slowish day at work with alot sneezing, coughing and sighing. You can tell the holidays are over and we are in the deep clutches of winter. It wasnt as cold today and tomorrow is to be even warmer...yay!
