I turned up at my first customer's house to see curtains closed and no signs of life, firstly I thought they were away but after an hour he poked his head out saying they both had flu and would not be out today.

The next call should have been to Mrs long but it was to meet her daughter and discuss what should happen prior to the same of her house. It was a very nice chat about a lovely lady.

RF had been in London again today and it was nice to collect her from the train before a quick dog walk, I then had a really good night shelter meeting where we made some real progress on important projects.
