What's for dinner ?

We had a good wander around the local stalls today and discovered some tasty morsels not often seen on the menu back home.
Later had a delicious Lao lunch where fortunately most of these items didn't feature. The crispy Mekong River Weed is very tasty though.
We did get up at 5:30 to see the monks walk along the street collecting food offerings but as it was still dark my pictures didn't come out well enough to blip.
