Joining up again!!

Patchwork is strange in a sense. You take material cut it up into pieces, rearrange them, then sew them together!!

I started this at my sewing group yesterday, but didn’t get far. A couple of hours today and there is progress. The material is the leftovers from my Alaska quilt and I’m now making a cover for the pillow.

This will be the central block and I will add smaller blocks at the sides. What they will be like depends on the leftover materials. this is one of my ‘make it up as you go along’ projects.
