Pictures At An Exhibition

The former Tesco Express store in our local shopping precinct has stood empty for a couple of years or more. There's been a lot of discussion an speculation about what use it should / might be put to, but nothing had come of it.

This week it has been opened up to house an exhibition by local artists so we thought we'd pop in to have a look. There were some interesting pieces of art but most visitors seemed to be more interested in seeing the empty shell of the former building. I rather liked the way the exhibits were spaced randomly around the building.

I spent the afternoon sawing and chopping kindling and waiting for Yeovil to lose the early 1-0 lead we had taken away to Port Vale; they duly obliged by conceding a penalty in the 86 th minute. An away draw is better than a loss but I've lost count of the number of points we've thrown away in the last few minutes of games this season.
