Birds on the wires

A rush around Monday, leaving time for only one blip, quickly snapped out the car window. If these birds had flown away, I'd have been stuck! Or I could have had one of my fabled blip days off...
Today felt like the first cold, wet day of autumn, a wee taste of winter even. A day to look forward to summer already!
