The Occupation Premier

Tonight we went to the premier of The Occupation a documentary about Occupy Vancouver by Rafferty Baker and Matthew J. Van Deventer (this is them introducing the film). It is the first time we've experienced the film spilling off the screen and into the theatre as quite a few articulate and passionate members of the Occupy Movement were in the house. I'm really pleased we went, I missed the protest in Vancouver and knowing the city as I do now helps me understand it's impact and local context little better.
