Non-stop rain has refreshed the garden, droplets on petals while flowers sag under the weight. 

The North Island is not quite so fortunate as wind and rain hit Auckland, Thames, Coromandel and also my home town of Whakatane.  With exceptionally king tides, there is major flooding and destruction as the sea engulfs the coast, troubling times for all....it's supposed to be summer.......
