Another lovely day

After breakfast Max and I cycled down to the local Muslim village, lots of cats, hen and long legged chickens, we wandered along the jetty and watch the boats coming and going, met up with some of the other guests and had tea In the local cafe on the beach.
We met the manager of the local school which has 31 pupils aged between three and eight and she offered to show us around, all the kids thought that Max’s blue hair and beard were hilarious! It was a lovely little school, very bright and cheerful with lots of space to run around and imaginative climbing frames made out of oil drums and brightly painted car tyres. We saw the children having lunch in the outdoor canteen and washing up their own plates and cups.
Then we cycled down to the beach and met up with other friends and had a couple of beers and watched the boats coming and going.
By the time we got back to the resort I was very hot, after food and lots of water I felt better.
We had a production meeting to make sure that the performers and DJs know who is doing what when.
Then I hung out with Rachael, Max and Shareen at Rachaels lovely big relaxing pool with a panoramic view of the ocean and had a glass of wine.
A relaxed dinner with Max, Kevin, Rachael, Sally and Rick and an early night, tomorrow is the big day and there are lots of celebrations afoot!
