Resounding bullhead

M and I went a daunder to Musselburgh for the first trip of the year. Not too cold, but not too bright, either. Still herself got to see lots of oystercatchers :)
I was delighted to see that the Goldeneye were displaying in all their fresh breesing finery.
The title is a translation of the species name.
