Tiny Tuesday- minerals

This was a tricky challenge today! I kept my eyes open all day for something to use but didn’t come across anything until I got home from work and this was staring at me!

It is a tray we purchased when we were on holiday last year when we had just finished our kitchen. We loved it and saw it several times in the window of a shop before we actually went in and enquired about it.

The octopus is actually gold leaf.. hence the mineral connection and it is purely decorative in our kitchen and adds a splash of colour!

It will always remind me of our holiday which is a lovely memory to have x
