An oldie

Phew, it's been hot today. Again I attempted to melt myself while exercising this evening. I didn't think I was fit for the supermarket afterwards so I've caught up on my blips instead.

Who needs to eat when you can blip ;-)

Dad and I had a chat. He has remarkable peace as he faces only one outcome.

Today's gratitude: For the delight I feel when I check my tomatoes after work and see even more are changing colour. I think they were quietly ticking over during last week's cooler weather, ready to ripen when the sun and warmth returned.
