Meridian Leisure Centre

Meridian: fair enough, Louth is due north of Greenwich.
Leisure: granted some people do sit around, consuming food and drink, but the main purpose would seem to demand rather more effort than is suggested by this word.
Centre: well, it is not located in the middle of Louth, but plenty of people and organisations believe the world revolves around them.
I felt particularly virtuous today having walked there and back (and exercised whilst there). Being January, the car park is often full.
