Laquered plaque from Vietnam

We are discussing where to display this impressive craft work. The artists, production operatives and sales staff in the workshop where we bought it were all affected by some physical disabilities, many, we understood, the result of genetic damage caused by napalm and agent orange to parents and grandparents.
