Two Oceans Aquarium

We had a fifteen minute drive from our apartment into The V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, to visit The Two Oceans Aquarium which has over 3000 animals, including sharks, fishes, turtles, penguins and frogs can be seen in this world-class facility. Entry is 165 rands (£9.80). We enjoyed a couple of hours walking around and there was loads to see.


My favourite photo is of the young boy who was with his dad and in awe of the fish in the main aquarium and a bit frightened as he continually turned to seek reassurance from dad. With the Stingray and the lad with his hat it made a lovely photo. I took loads of others photo's such as turtles, penguins, sharks, and frogs!



We had a look around the V&A Watershed which we hadn't visited previously. Lovely handcrafted goods but a bit pricey even by UK standards!  We cooled down with an ice cream cone each,from McDonalds, cost 9 rands (50p total)
