Friday again

I'm still Max sitting so scoured the inside of the house for flowers. I have no idea what this is but do know it is not an orchid.... It seems to be on some sort of bamboo looking stem....or rather it fell of that and was loitering in the pot so I was able to remove it and try photographing it.
yesterday's mystery is in extras.  Wine bottle stopper it is but rather a lovely one made by the Ndebele women in south Africa. 
Max got another dry walk today...phew! It has rained twice since.
