Sleety, snowy, wet!!

A freezing cold bike ride which turned into a freezing cold and very wet bike ride not long after setting out. A mixture of snow flurries, sleet showers and heavy rain fell from the skies but that didn't bother me. My trusty rain jacket worked it's magic. Fingers with no feeling, cold toes and a tingly nose, but happy. :-) 

I took this picture at the top of Tuel Lane, my route took me up here on the way and down on the way back. You can see the hills above Sowerby Bridge in the distance which I think are Norland. 

It is sure cold outside but it is now time for a cosy evening with candles, the fire lit and catching up on Silent Witness.
