Back room

Another day of fettling at the bike recycling shop.  They are quiet at the moment so Elliot, who recently had a derailleur gear revelation, took me through how to adjust them systematically.  I have found Park Tools online information to be useful in the past but it's much better with a real person. And a proper stand.

This is the back room, so nothing much is happening to these bikes while they are getting on top of the ones that are in progress.  That there are many tools in their correct places on the board probably reflects the fact that they are almost impossible to reach.

The evening was spent at a focus group; nothing corporate, this is to feed information on support services back to those who provide them (or don't, as the case may be) for a city event next week.
