Up at 4.45 for work today. Don’t wanna make that a routine!

I went to bed early last night and even had a bath to relax beforehand - and then lay awake in the dark for exactly the amount of time to make it my normal bed time.

We finished an hour earlier than expected thankfully, so I’ve just zombie-d at home for a few hours.
