Shadows of Snow

Last night we had a snow storm that dropped about 20 cm (8") of new snow, on top of all the old stuff. This morning the sun had come out so as I spent a couple of hours shifting snow I kept my eye out for pictures, particularly pictures suitable for the minimalist challenge (#EP11) running at the moment.
Architecture, lines, and shadows fill the brief but there's just a touch of wild nature in there with snow stuck in the grooves and the snowy edge of the ladder, left down the right side of the picture.
I've added the original photo, including the ladder, as an extra.
